SSS Birthday Love Cards

Good morning! Popping in today with a few cards that I made recently using a fun new set from Simon Says Stamp called All My Love - it was released with mostly Valentine items, but the sentiments on it are super versatile - which made them fun to combine with an older SSS set called Cuddly Critters to make these quick and fun birthday cards! I have a total of 4, each using different colors and a different critter, but the same simple layout and my MISTI to make stamping the sentiments super easy:

For each one, I first stamped and watercolored the darling critters.

While they dried, I stamped my sentiments on my card bases and then added some coordinating splatters.

By now the critters had dried, so I die cut them with their coordinating dies.

Mounted them with foam adhesive onto the cardbases for a touch of simple dimension.

Then added some wiggly eyes for fun!

Final touch was a tiny enamel sparkly gold heart on each of them!

See how they pop off the card a bit at you?

Winnie and Walter January Release - Premier Day 2

Good morning! Back again today sharing more sneak peeks with the BRAND NEW Winnie and Walter Release - it is one HUGE release - packed with beautiful stamps and dies, many of which have a baby theme that is timeless! All new releases will be available on the 3rd of February!

Today I'm sharing a couple cards with the brand new free with $25 purchase set - and it is a SERIOUSLY adorable set! I used it two slightly different ways on my cards today!

This first card I also used a fun new die set Essentials: Lana Cutaways with fun postage stamp shapes and little elements. I stamped the main heart and several of the other little hearts in Hero Arts ombre ink, added some jute twine, and finished off with some coordinating pattern paper. Easy peasy, right?

And now - this is where the real magic of this stamp set is! There are coordinating stamps for the "thanks" and "heart" so you can stamp in that part with different colors of ink! EEEK! Can I just say how exciting this is?!?!?

I also used a cute little banner element from Essentials: Lana Cutaways, some fun pattern paper, a bit of silver thread, and some clear droplets from Pretty Pink Posh to finish off.

Reverse Confetti SFYTT

Good morning! Stopping by with a card this morning for the brand new Reverse Confetti SFYTT (stands for Sketch For You To Try) - I hope you'll come play along with us!

The current sketch can be found HERE:

This is such a perfect sketch - so flexible and adaptable to just about any design!

I actually made two cards - both with the same layout, just a different color combo so one works for a girl, and one for a boy!

For both cards, I used Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts for my circle element, then stamped one of the onsies from Cute as a Button and die cut with the coordinating dies. Added some jute twine, vellum, plaid pattern paper, and finished off with a few sequins.

Here are the Reverse Confetti products I used on this card - click on the picture if you want to learn more about any of these items!
