Shaker Window Trio - Pinkfresh Studio Instagram Release Hop

Hello! Today I am part of a fun Instagram hop to celebrate the new Pinkfresh Studio "Here for You" Release. There are giveaways up for grabs, so hop on over to check that out if you haven't yet! I have had so much fun creating with this release - yesterday was the blog hop, and I shared lots of cards for that! Today I'm sharing a trio of shaker cards - yesterday I shared the reverse foiled versions of the cards I made with the leftover foil from these cards!

I used the Dainty Floral Frame press plate with Satin Pastel foils, then die cut with the largest Nested Rectangle die. I hot foiled coordinating colors of the new Nested Elongated Ovals as well. I created my shaker elements, and filled the shakers with Iridescent Circle confetti, and coordinating seed beads, then popped the oval frames up over the shaker windows with foam adhesive. Never too much dimension, right? I added sentiments that were hot foiled from a couple other sets from the release, and finished off with a few Champagne Clear Drops to frame the sentiments. Here are more photos of these cards:

Ready for a Hug? - Simon Says Stamp January Card Kit

Hello! I'm here today to share my first cards with the BRAND NEW January 2022 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Warmest Wishes! This month's kit frosty, wintry, and fun! The included stamp set by the same name is full of adorable images and sweet sentiments, there is some cute pattern paper, some fun sparkly elements, a beautiful stencil and embossing folder, glitter paste...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

I'm kicking off by sharing a sweet and simple little shaker card using some items from the kit!

I thought this pretty pattern paper was so soft and lovely, and perfect to create a little window for that snowman to peek out of! I die cut the window using another favorite SSS die - Shimmer Heart. The outer frame cuts the stitch lines on the negative space, and is so pretty! Once I cut the heart, I used Basic Rectangle dies to make sure it was perfectly centered, and I had the right size of panel to mount on my white cardbase for my shaker card.

I stamped that snowman and the adorable sentiment (anyone else thinking of Olaf?!? "I like warm hugs?" - eek! He's my favorite snowman, so I loved that sentiment!). I filled the shaker with some Pretty Pink Posh seed beads for some fun sparkly shaking!

Here is a closer look at the entire kit contents - you can see it all HERE:

What do you think - you ready for a hug?!? :)

Pinkfresh Studio May Essentials Release

Good morning! Today is an amazing blog hop to celebrate Pinkfresh Studio's May 2021 Essentials Release! You aren't going to want to miss a stop along the way - TONS of inspiration and prizes up for grabs! YAY!

As always, there is also a shipping promo - FREE US Shipping with $50 purchase, or discounted shipping for our international friends. Details and coupon codes are on this graphic:

This release is all about the Essentials dies - and the super exciting new jewel refill pouches! So I was also able to mix and match some other recent and older releases on my cards, which was even more fun!

For this first card, I pulled out the previously released Miss Your Smile stamp and stencil combo. I stenciled it in soft pinks and greens, then heat embossed the image in white over the top. Love the soft look this gives!

I tucked it behind a panel of white cardstock that I die cut a window in using the new Blanket Stitched Ovals dies - love how it adds the stitching on the negative piece like this, so you can create a pretty window frame!

I added a heat embossed sentiment on some coordinating pink cardstock, then die cut it with Fancy Label Frames, and popped it up with foam adhesive. I also stamped some additional sentiments in Detail black ink on the front of the card.

I added some strips of pattern paper at the top and bottom - and that cute scallop edge? That is actually from the new Stitched Scallop Squares, tucked underneath. Fun, right? All mounted on a pink cardbase. A few sparkly white jewels finish off this card - and then of course, I had to create a coordinating envelope with the new Slimline Envelope die! These are so incredible and fun!

Now...I have been loving Slimline cards more and more lately - but I'm pretty sure there is NOTHING cuter than a MINI slimline! Eek...I could make those all day I tell ya!

I actually started off here by creating that fun lemon envelope using the new Mini Slimline envelope - then I had to make a card to match it, of course! I used the new Mini Slimline Essentials dies to die cut the white panel, then used the same set of Blanket Stitched Ovals as the last card (just the smaller oval) to create a window in the card front, and tucked a bit of the extra lemon pattern paper behind the window.

I added the large sentiment using the recently released Lots of Love die, using gold mirror cardstock for the shadow layer, and white for the letters. It is popped up with foam adhesive on my cardfront.

I added all the fun greenery using the Garden Wreath die set from the last release - and just layering and clustering different pieces together. LOVE the cute little flowers - so dainty and fun!

Finished off with a few sparkly jewels - and pretty much want to hold onto this card forever now! :)

Next up - these dies are PERFECT for mixing with some of Pinkfresh's beautiful washi and die combos!

For this card, I die cut a window from white cardstock using the new Blanket Stitched Circles - again, using the negative cut that created the beautiful window. I mounted it over some off-white cardstock to create a subtle difference in color.

I added some of the Joyful Bouquet washi, that was placed on vellum, then die cut with the coordinating dies. I added a hot foiled sentiment from Perfect Sentiments - and used a bit of liquid adhesive behind that to adhere the bouquet to my cardbase.

Of course - a few sparkly jewels finish this card off!

And finally - I have this card to share that I created last week for Facebook Live as a sneak peek of this release! You can watch the video HERE if you want to watch it come together:

The main star of the show on this card (haha - see what I did there?) is the fun new Shaker Stars dies! I used both the positive image (the white stars) as well as the negative spaces to create a couple small shaker elements on my cardfront.

The cute Leafy Circle die cut from gold cardstock was such a perfect fit around that large star, and perfectly framed my sentiment from Be Strong stamp set.

Background was created with Slim Layered Starburst stencil, and a splatter of gold to add some sparkle. I filled the shaker with some of the clear crystals, and some gold seed beads from my stash. And of course, finished off with a few sparkly jewels. I also tucked a couple gold leaves under the small stars - die cut from Garden Wreath dies.

Spring Circles Slimline Card - Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Good morning! I'm excited today to be hopping along for day 1 of a 3 day blog hop to celebrate the BRAND NEW May Release from Pretty Pink Posh (also available in a bundle HERE if you just want it all!)! There is such a fun mix of products in this release! Keep reading for more info, details on my card I'm sharing today, AND of course, some giveaway info at the bottom as well!

I created a happy spring theme slimline shaker card combining a few of the new release items!

The background was die cut using the new Slimline: Floral Cover Die - love all the pretty details on this! I added a touch of Twisted Citron distress ink to the top and bottom of the panel underneath, and then filled the shaker with coordinating Grass Green seed beads for a nice spring shaker element.

The front was created by stamping 3 of the fun circles from Spring Circles stamp set and heat embossing them in clear, then ink blending over each one with a mix of Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold, and Mustard Seed distress inks before die cutting with the coordinating dies. I then adhered them over the top of my shaker panel with a touch of foam tape.

Finally, the sentiment was added using Simple Sentiments stamp set to heat emboss a sweet sentiment in white on a thin strip of black cardstock. I trimmed it down to a banner shape on each side, then adhered to the bottom of the center circle.

Believe in Miracles - W&W November Release Day 1

Good morning! This morning is the beginning of sneak peeks for the brand new Winnie and Walter release!  Today I have a clean and simple - but elegant! - shaker card using a new die premiering today on the Winnie and Walter Blog - make sure and head over there to see all the new sets and lots of inspiration with them!

For my card today, I started with a white panel of cardstock trimmed slightly smaller than an A2 cardfront. I die cut In a Word: Believe Cutaway from the front, and then used the negative to create a shaker card.

I filled my shaker with some PPP Gold Shimmer Seed Beads, and glued the centers of the "b" and "e's" back on the acetate as well.

I added a heat embossed sentiment from another new set that is premiering later this week - and added some gold splatters with my Gansai Tambai Starry Colors Palette to finish off!
