Good morning! Today is the blog hop to celebrate Pinkfresh Studio's "Delightful" Release! You aren't going to want to miss a stop along the way - TONS of inspiration and prizes up for grabs! YAY! Click HERE to shop the new release!

There is also a FABULOUS freebie available while supplies last with this release - the Peony Fantasy hot foil plate with any $50 purchase:

I have 3 cards to share with you today using this fabulous new release!

First up - I love both the new sets used on this card. The Cheers set is a SUPER fun set that I just love - all that fruit is so sweet! And then the Decorative Frames press plate is amazing, and so versatile. I mixed and matched the different frames on this card, all hot foiled with Satin Gold foil. It framed up that sweet drink so well in it's soft colors! Here are some photos of this first card:

Next up - those frames in action again, but with a different set!

For this one, the frames were done as a press plate instead of foiling. I used a variety of tones of ink for a multicolor ink, using ink cubes to dab color on in different places and letting them overlap and blend a bit. I popped up one frame from the reverse foiling with the solid foil plate of the leftover foil from the last card, then added florals from the new Be Fearless set, hot foiled and stenciled of course. Here are more photos of this card:

And finally - I love an elegant letterpress card!

I love the detail in the Beautiful Branch set, and thought it would be lovely to focus on that with the Betterpress. I used some coordinating inks for another multicolor effect, and pressed it two times, once at the top, and once on the bottom. I added another one of those reverse frames, and a sentiment stamped in nice crisp black. Here are more photos of this final card:

Floral and Plaid - Simon Says Stamp

Today I'm continuing adding to my birthday card stash, this time mixing up more pattern paper with a couple of stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp - I love plaid paper, and these images with a vintage flair are so perfect to pair with it!

For these cards I started off with a couple different pattern papers from the Pinkfresh Making the Best of It 6x6 paper pad. I used the softer pattern paper to do my stamping on. I first die cut it with a Stitched Rectangle die, then used Vintage Garden for the florals and the butterfly, adding the sentiment from Best Year Yet. To help it pop off the background a bit, I added a thin mat of white cardstock behind it. Finished off with a few Glacier jewels tucked around and in the center of a couple of the flowers! Here are more photos of the finished card:

Sakura Blessings - Pinkfresh Studio Craft Along Card

Good morning! Last year we started something new at Pinkfresh called Craft Along - we just finished the May Craft Along last night, and registration is now open for the next one! What is Craft Along? Well, it's basically a mini event, that is far more affordable and flexible for those who want community, crafting, and connection, but perhaps want the flexibility to use what they already have, or purchase a smaller bundle at a discount. We include alternatives to our chosen sets to give you all the options, and some previous month's attendees even came up with other fabulous options! You can always check out all our event options HERE for more info.

The event is through a private Zoom link - so you are able to chat, ask questions, and we can even see your lovely faces if you wish! You are (of course!) welcome to leave your camera off, and your sound muted as well if you are more comfortable with that. It has been so fun to be able to see some of your lovely faces as you crafted as well.

Since this was part of that event, I'm not going to share any details of how I created it - but I wanted to share some photos, and I've included a supply list at the bottom as well. I really love this card I created for the May Craft Along - and can't wait to share my June one with you all as well! We also have a bundle of supplies, so you can choose to use what you already own, or grab the bundle at a discount if you wish. The additional essentials we used are also available at a 10% discount (use code JUN24CA) if you don't have those in your stash and want to grab them - I've linked them below as well! We hope you will join us in the new year for this fun adventure and event! You can find all the details HERE for registering for the event, as well as the Bundle 1 HERE and Bundle 2 HERE at a discount if you don't have the product or something similar you'd like to create with.

Strawberry Pattern Paper Birthday Card Duo - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Last month I shared a couple of cards featuring pattern paper and a sentiment stamp from Simon Says stamp that is swiftly becoming a favorite! Stopping by today to share a couple more birthday cards I made recently, the same sentiment stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp - paired up with more happy pattern paper!

I started off with two pieces of pattern paper from Pinkfresh Lovely Blooms 6x6 paper pad. I trimmed the strawberry background to an A2 size, then cut it diagonally in half to make it easy to split between the two cards. I trimmed the plaid paper to an A2 width, then trimmed angled strips to tuck behind the berry paper to add some contrast, but not waste any more of the paper than needed. Then it was time to add some fun sentiments! I used the newer Birthday Basics stamp set with the coordinating dies for the main sentiment, popped up on foam adhesive of course. And then used an older set called Tiny Words Birthday for the secondary sentiments. Finished off with a few Iridescent Clear Drops for a touch of sparkle! Here are more photos of these cards:

You Are Awesome - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! I have a card to share with you using a mix of a few somewhat newer supplies from Simon Says Stamp - mixing a stencil and sentiment set together for an easy card!

I actually had stenciled out this panel back in February when the Mosaic Tulips layering stencils released - but for some reason, it had never made it onto a card. Thanks to a sentiment I already had stamped out and die cut, and one of the reverse sentiment strips - this card came together very quickly. Nice when the work is done in advance! I used a strip of white paper to set of the sentiments, and added a few Lilac Dazzling Gems to finish it off. Here are more photos of the finished card:

Cupcake Layer Birthday Cards - Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first card using the newest June 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit -  Sweet Birthday! This month's kit has some fantastic sweet birthday images and sentiments! The included stamp set by the same name features cupcakes and macarons and lots of fun sentiments. There is also a coordinating die, fun embossing folderlovely pattern paper, birthday sentiment die...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelope, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

These cards are all about that lovely pattern paper - and of course, the texture from the embossing folder. And...the cupcakes - they are pretty fun too! I started off by using the embossing folder in the kit on white pattern paper to adhere to the card front. I then grabbed a few different pattern papers, trimmed them to slightly different sizes, and adhered them together in wonky angles, curling up the edges for dimension. The cupcakes and sentiment were heat embossed in gold, then I die cut the cupcakes and used a bit of leftover ink in my blending brushes to add a hint of color to each piece. Added them both to the card, and finished off with a sprinkle of Iridescent clear drops! Here are more photos of these finished cards:

Here is a closer look at the entire kit contents - you can see it all HERE:
