Joy and Cheer - Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Release

 Hello! Super excited to be sharing my first card with the BRAND NEW Sugar and Spice Release from Simon Says Stamp! I've already got LOTS of projects ready to share with the release, and can't wait to show those all to you!

For this card, I paired a couple of dies from the new release. I cut Twisted Branches die from Sage cardstock for the greenery, and Lipstick for the berries. I added a bit of ink blending with a small brush and Pine ink on the greenery, then adhered lots of the berries on the greenery. I used Swiss Dots embossing folder on some white cardstock, trimmed the panel down to a bit smaller than an A2 Cream cardbase, and adhered it so it was on the lower right corner, debossed side up, so the dots were indented instead of raised up. I added the berry branch with a bit of liquid glue, trimming off the slight excess at the top and bottom to make it fit where I wanted it. I die cut the new Fancy Joy and Cheer die from Honey Gold cardstock, and Vellum for the shadow layer, and popped that up with thin foam adhesive strips for dimension. Finished off with some sparkly Stickles on the berries for some extra shine! Here are more photos of this finished card:

Snowglobe Tags - Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Mama Elephant exclusive

 Good morning! I'm back to share a set of tags using the next of the special STAMPtember collaborations throughout the month! Each collaboration is with one of your favorite companies, is limited edition, and only available while supplies last. When it's gone, it's gone! Today's special release is from Mama Elephant:

I couldn't pick an image in this cute set, so of course I stamped out 3 of them! I started off by watercoloring the images with my Gansai Tambai watercolors, then once they dried, cut them out with the coordinating dies. I thought about putting them on a card, but as I looked at them, I realized they would be perfect as tags! I die cut some tags using another STAMPtember special release, the Tim Holtz Festive Tags dies. I used fun colors of Spellbinders cardstock, then popped the images and sentiments up on the tags with foam adhesive. I added bows at the top using May Arts Faux Silk ribbon, a few Pinkfresh enamel dots, some dots with a white gel pen, and some sparkly elements with some Stickles. Winter Wishes Action Wobble - Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Newton's Nook exclusive

Good morning! I'm back to share a card using the next of the special STAMPtember collaborations throughout the month! Each collaboration is with one of your favorite companies, is limited edition, and only available while supplies last. When it's gone, it's gone! Today's special release is from Newton's Nook: 

I had so much fun creating this warm vintage feeling card, and adding some fun motion with mini action wobbles! I started off by stamping the images and sentiments from Skate Paw-ty on Cream cardstock in Cappuccino ink, layering on some embossing ink, then heat embossing with clear powder. Next, I did some simple shading and coloring with just two Copic marker colors. I grabbed some pattern paper from Carta Bella Christmas Village paper pad, die cut some circles from some of it, and layered things together, trimming the circles to add some different arrangements and interest. I popped the images up on those action wobbles, added a few enamel dots to embellish, rounded off one corner, and finished off with a bit of sparkly Stickles on parts of the images for a little extra touch! Snowy and Bright - Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Hero Arts exclusive

 Good morning! I'm here to share a card with one of the many special STAMPtember collaborations throughout the month! Each collaboration is with one of your favorite companies, is limited edition, and only available while supplies last. When it's gone, it's gone! Today's special release is from Hero Arts:

I had fun creating these little mountain/lake scenes! I started off by stamping some of the images multiple times. At first I couldn't decide which color I wanted the mountains, so I did two options, and thought about mixing and matching. In the end, I had enough to create two cards, so I just decided to do that! I used the new Hero Arts Snowy and Bright set, and lots of SSS inks - Seafoam, Eucalyptus, Juniper, Periwinkle, Crocus, Ballerina, and Plum. I especially enjoyed playing with those new pinks and purples! I die cut them all, arranged them on my cards and adhered with foam adhesive and liquid glue. I stamped a few of the tiny snowflakes around the top of the mountains, and added a sentiment below. Finished off with some sparkly Star Dust Stickles for a frosty touch! Tropical Sparkly Feathers - Simon Says Stamp

  Good morning! Today I've got a card to share that has a bright, tropical color palette, and some fun glittery accents! I'm using supplies from Simon Says Stamp - and I'm also sharing a reel on Instagram today showing this technique in action! You can check out my page HERE if you want to see it!

For this card, I started off by die cutting the Engraved Feather die 3 times from white cardstock, then ink blending each one with a different color of ink - Surf, Grapefruit, and Fairway. I used the leftover ink on those brushes to add a soft ombre background to my cardbase with the Wonky Chevrons stencil. Then, before removing the stencil, I added some sparkle with Stickles Moon Dust Glitter Gel. I also swiped some of that on one side of each of the feathers for added sparkle! Once all that dried, I layered the feathers on the cardbase with foam adhesive, trimmed off any overhanging bits, and added some Metallic Silver Cord wrapped and tied around. Sentiment is from Just a Note stamp set, stamped in black ink at the bottom of the card. Here are more photos of this finished card:

Stay Cozy Friend - Simon Says Stamp December Card Kit

  Hello! I'm popping in to share my first card using the newest December 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Warmest Wishes! This month's kit is so cozy! I have a thing for Scandinavian design - this set totally nails it! The included stamp set by the same name features some festive images and sentiments (there is also a coordinating die for this set available separately HERE). There is a fun embossing folder, cute ink cubes, color blend cardstock panels, glitter embossing powder...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

For this card, I opened up the fun blend of ink cubes in the kit, and swiped them across the cardstock in a very abstract zig zag pattern - I was just playing with the inks to begin with, but then I loved how it turned out, and decided to use it on my card! I stamped the mittens in crisp black ink on top, then used a thin line sharpie to draw a little string connecting them - simple, but fun touch! I stamped the sentiments, then trimmed the panel down, and added a couple torn edge pieces of white cardstock on the top and bottom for texture. Added some twine, then popped that panel up with foam on a kraft cardbase. Finished off with a bit of Blizzard Nuvo Glitter Drops for a touch of sparkle! Here are more photos of this card:
