Thinking of You - Simon Says Stamp May 2026 Card Kit

Good morning! I'm dropping by to share another card using the newest May 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Long Stem FloralsThis month's kit has some fun florals with a modern feel, and some elements with a vintage twist - such a fun combo! The included stamp set by the same name has a fun set of coordinating stencils included for some creative fun. There are some rub-ons, pattern paperembossing glaze (colors may vary), distress crayon, fun frames and floral embellishments, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, metallic kraft stock, and more! And, there is also a coordinating die available that is live in the store now as well!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

This card really features the amazing pattern papers, and some other little touches to bump them up a notch! I trimmed the one pattern piece down to size for my cardfront - all I can think of was those little drawers that I used to hunt through at the library when I was a kid to find a book. Anyone else know what I'm talking about? Ah...the memories! Does that make me old?!? Anyway - back to the card, haha! I used some text paper for the background (another nod to the library idea), a bit of May Arts Ivory Faux Silk ribbon tied in a fluffy bow wrapped around that panel. For extra details, I used a couple of the Heirloom Roses embellishments in the kit, a sentiment from the Long Stem Florals stamp set in the kit (die cut with the separately available coordinating die), and a few Dazzling Gems in Gold as the finishing touch! Here is a closer look at the finished card:

Framed Florals Mom Card - Simon Says Stamp May 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first card using the newest May 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Long Stem FloralsThis month's kit has some fun florals with a modern feel, and some elements with a vintage twist - such a fun combo! The included stamp set by the same name has a fun set of coordinating stencils included for some creative fun. There are some rub-ons, pattern paper, embossing glaze (colors may vary), distress crayon, fun frames and floral embellishments, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, metallic kraft stock, and more! I love how this card turned out, using lots of goodies from the kit! I fell in love with those metal frames, and knew I wanted to use those. They felt like a perfect fit for some of the pattern paper in the kit, so I chose a few frames and glued some sections of the pattern paper behind the frames. While those dried, I swiped an embossing ink pad on some white cardstock, and then sprinkled on some of the Abandoned Coral embossing glaze in my kit (you might get a different color of that). This provided the perfect sketchy color background for those frames, popped up on thin foam adhesive for a touch of dimension. I added a bit of pattern paper behind that, then mounted on a cardbase created with the Ivory cardstock in the kit. I stamped a few sentiments from the stamp set, and die cut them with the separately available coordinating dies, then mounted all the frames and sentiments with foam adhesive. Finished off with a few pearl embellishments! Here is a closer look at this finished card:

Masculine Highland Cow Birthday - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Back one last time with the final masculine card from the collection I created the other day using supplies from Simon Says Stamp. The ones I made before were in trios, and this one is just a single one that is a bit more layered and intricate! And...it uses up the final leftover from the first cards too!

For this card, I wanted to use the inside leftover pieces from the first cards, cut from the Carta Bella Cowboys and Cowgirl paper pads, cut with the Square Shaker die. They were small enough that instead of putting them each on a separate card, I thought they would mix well on one card! I grabbed the Dancing Starlets embossing folder and embossed some Lawn Fawn Speckled Eggshell cardstock to create a soft textured background, then adhered those pattern paper squares overlapping in the center. I die cut the Ornate Star die from Honey Gold cardstock to add a touch more interest, then stacked one of the Highland Cows over the top, stamped in black ink and clear heat embossed to make it pop a bit extra. Sentiments are from Birthday Basics for the main one, and EZ Strips birthday for the second one, cut with EZ Strips banners die. I rounded off one corner of the entire card, and then added a few more coordinating enamel dots to finish this one off! Here is a closer look:

Framed Birthday Trio - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! I often struggle to have good masculine cards in my stash, so I thought it was high time to replenish the supply! I broke out some fun goodies from Simon Says Stamp and set to work the other day, and created quite a few! This is the first that I'll be sharing in 3 installments over the next few days! And it's one of those times where one set of cards led to another - all the way to using up the leftovers. My favorite!

I started off by grabbing Square Shaker Shapes to create some pattern paper frames. I taped the two dies together so they would stay consistent, then die cut 3 pieces of pattern paper, and 3 extra from white cardstock to layer together. This way the frames are a bit more sturdy for popping up with foam! For the background, I embossed some Lawn Fawn Speckled Eggshell cardstock with the Twinkling Stars embossing folder from the Rainbow Splash collection for some subtle texture. I layered up another strip of those pattern papers on the side, then splattered with a touch of black splatter. Once that dried, I popped up my frames on a diagonal with foam adhesive strips. The sentiments are an older Happy Birthday sentiment die, cut from black cardstock for the shadow layer, and Honey Gold cardstock for the front layer. I added secondary sentiments from Reverse EZ Strips Birthday, cut with the EZ Strips Banners die, then finished off with a few coordinating Enamel Dots to accent! Here is a closer look at each of these finished cards:

Bunny Garden Hello Scene - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Today I've got a happy spring card using some newer dies from Simon Says Stamp, paired with some fun new pattern paper, and an older set that was a perfect fit! Definitely a card that you can't help but feel happy looking at, don't you think?

I love a good pattern paper, so when I pick up a new paper pad, it's always fun to pull them out an dplay with them a bit. The pretty Simple Stories Pink Lemonade papers are so bright and happy, and I thought they would pair well with some new dies I hadn't had a chance to put to use yet! I used Flower Bunny first, assembling with Ivory glitter cardstock, then Cotton Candy and Dark Chocolate. The smallest of the Flourish Butterfly Trio were cut with the same colors of cardstock. The flower was assembled with Green Leaf, Doll Pink, and Sunshine. I used two of the Nested Stitched Rectangles to create a frame from white cardstock, then mixed and matched two different pattern papers. The sentiment is from the older Banner Greetings stamp, die, and stencil set, and a few Dazzling Bubblegum gems are the perfect sparkly finishing touch! Here is a closer look at all the cuteness:

Fluttering Hey Friend - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! There is a new release coming tomorrow from Simon Says Stamp - but I'm sneaking in one last card for the month with some previous releases! I love a crisp outline image, and a bit of soft stenciling is super fun as well!

I started off by doing some soft ink blending in the bottom right corner using the Tin Tile stencil and a bit of Ballerina ink. Next, I stamped the large main image from Make My Heart Flutter so that it went a bit off the edges of the cardstock and overlapped on the area where the stenciling faded out. I stamped a dainty sentiment from the same stamp set, and rounded a corner of that panel off, then mounted with Big Momma foam adhesive on a cardbase created with coordinating Spellbinders Blush cardstock that also had the same corner rounded off. I stamped the extra two little butterflies in black and die cut, adhering with liquid glue and leaving the wings floating free for dimension, then finished off with a few coordinating Glitter Enamel drops! Here are more photos of this finished card:

Snow or Shine - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! While I'm starting to think more and more of moving to spring theme cards, I also know it's not too late to sneak in another snowflake, right? I mixed and matched a few items from Simon Says Stamp to create this card with a bit of a rustic feel to it!

I started off with the Pine Needle Snowflake embossing folder, and used it on Seafoam cardstock. I flipped it over to the reverse side, and then swiped my Ocean ink pad over the surface a few times. This left the indented snowflake the original color, and added some fun texture to the entire panel. I love how the ink kind of pooled up in some areas around the snowflake as well! I stamped a sentiment from Cozy in the Cold in white pigment ink, then heat embossed with white embossing powder. It's my favorite way to get a nice, crisp, white sentiment or image on black cardstock! I popped the entire panel on foam on a white cardbase, and that strip with the sentiment up on foam adhesive as well, then embellished with a heavy amount of Glitter Enamel dots in on the embossed image and around the sentiment. Here is a closer look at the finished card:
