Christmas Tree Wishes

Good morning! Is it just me, or do you ever pull out your stamp sets and try to see what else you can find in the images? Kind of like when we were kids and would find shapes in the clouds? Sometimes I like to do that - just to figure out how I can stretch things just a little further - so that is what I did for this card, using several different Simon Says Stamp stamp sets! Can you guess what the trees are made of? :)

I stamped the trees using...wait for it...the ice cream cones from Cone Building and Jellybean ink! The snow falling is the sprinkles from the same set (stamped in Sea Glass), as did the tree trunks (little triangles - I snipped them apart to separate them and use just one, stamped in Khaki). The hearts (stamped with Hot Lips ink) and first part of the sentiment are from Lila's Heart, and the rest of the sentiment is from Warm Christmas Wishes - just using part of that sentiment. Finished off with some torn edges, a little layering and wonky machine stitching, and a Smoke Gray cardbase.

Also linking this up with the current Simon Says Monday Challenge - Holly Jolly Stamping:

Here are links to all the supplies I used on this card - thanks so much for stopping by! I hope this inspired you to look at your stamps in a different way and see what you find! Have a wonderful day! :)
