Merry Christmas Corbel Trees

Hello! I feel like I have been cranking out Christmas cards for WEEKS now - maybe even months! However, now that Thanksgiving is drawing to a close, it is definitely time to get them all posted before Christmas actually rolls around and passes by, right?  Simon Says Stamp also has a great Black Friday sale - details below:

Last week I decided to pull out the Simon Says Stamp Corbel Tree Collage Wafer Die that I used several weeks ago to make a shaker card (you can see it HERE) and use it for a slightly simpler card. I also had fun playing with pattern paper for some non-traditional colors that I thought were super fun!

I first die cut some ovals of two shades of green cardstock, then die cut the trees from the center of them. They are mounted over a white rectangle with foam adhesive - you can see the bit of dimension here:

Pattern papers are both from a MFT Merry and Bright Plaid 6x6 paper pad, and the sentiment from Happy Christmas is heat embossed in white on a thin strip of black cardstock

Finishing touch is a few sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh!
