Floral Background Note Card Set - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! I'm popping in to share one last post for the month! This time I'm sharing an entire set of cards I created recently using some stamps from Simon Says Stamp - sometimes I can't pick what color or sentiment to use - so creating a set is the perfect compromise, since you can do them all!

I used the Pretty Peonies background stamp set directly onto my cardbases, and stamped in different colors of SSS Pawsitively saturated inks on each one. I then stamped my sentiments over the top in black ink from Hi There Greetings stamp set. I love all the little secondary sentiments under the big "hi"! I trimmed strips of white cardstock in 3 different widths, and adhered those at the top of each card for some interest, and then embellished around each sentiment with some coordinating Pinkfresh Glitter Drops for a bit of sparkle! Flower Jar Trio - Simon Says Stamp

 Good morning! I'm popping in to share a card I created recently using a fun stamp and stencil set from Simon Says Stamp - it's been a minute since I pulled out my Copic markers - and with the included stencils for the vase, there was minimal coloring needed on this card, so it was perfect!

It's funny, because overall, this is a fairly simple card - and you can see that clean and simple design. But looking at the supply list, there was a lot happening on it! I stamped and gold heat embossed the floral jars from Garden Fresh stamp set, and then added color on each one using the Botanical Jars stencil set, and 3 colors of ink for each layer (all listed below in the supply list). I then colored the flowers with Copic markers, and stamped my sentiment at the top of the panel. I added some white gel pen accents, and adhered that panel to a white cardbase, curling up the outer edges a bit for dimension. To finish, I added Glossy Accents to the jars to add some texture, shine, and a bit of realism! Heart is so Big - Pinkfresh Studio Craft Along Card

Good morning! Earlier this month we started something new at Pinkfresh called Craft Along - it is something we plan to do on a monthly basis moving forward, and it was SOOO much FUN! It's basically a mini event, that is far more affordable and flexible for those who want the community, crafting, and connection, but perhaps want the flexibility to use what they already have, or purchase a smaller bundle at a discount. We include alternatives to our chosen sets to give you all the options, and some of last month's attendees even came up with other fabulous options! The event is through a private Zoom link - so you are able to chat, ask questions, and we can even see your lovely faces if you wish! You are (of course!) welcome to leave your camera off, and your sound muted as well if you are more comfortable with that. It was so fun this past time around to be able to see some of your lovely faces as you crafted as well.

Heart Birthday Wishes - Simon Says Stamp

  Good morning! I'm popping in to share a couple cards I created using a mix of supplies from Simon Says Stamp - several of the items I used on these cards were leftover from other projects, so these came together very quickly. Perfect for when you need a birthday card in a pinch, right?

The die cut Nested Hearts were leftover from another project where I used the negative windows from the hearts, die cut from Pinkfresh Studio Flower Market and Spring Vibes 6x6 paper pads.. And of course I didn't throw those away! I also had extra of the stamped sentiments from Big Old Birthday - birthday sentiments are so useful, that I figure if I'm stamping one, I may as well stamp several and have them ready to go. I did have to stamp out the secondary sentiments, but that was quick and easy! At this point, it felt like these needed some texture and interest, so I embossed some white cardstock with the Exotic Vines 3D embossing folder, trimmed it down slightly, and mounted on my white cardbases. I popped the hearts and sentiments up with foam adhesive, and then finished off with a few coordinating enamel dots! Here are some more views of these cards:

On My Mind Foliage - Simon Says Stamp

 Good morning! I'm popping in to share a couple cards I created using a mix of supplies from Simon Says Stamp - some simple die cutting and stamping, lots of white space, and a pop of color are such fun ways to create cards that really draw your eye to the sentiments!

I started off by die cutting the Winsome Branch from Color Blend cardstock - then building my card around that. I had those Nested Ovals leftover from a previous project, and they had the added texture from the Detail Petal Plate, so it was a perfect start! I added the branches on with liquid glue, then popped those panels up on my white cardbases. I added sentiments from the Garden Fresh stamp set, trimmed into banner shapes. I finished off with some coordinating clusters of Pinkfresh Glitter Drops in Aqua and Jade to match the colors on the greenery. Here are some more photos of these cards:

Love and Sunshine - Simon Says Stamp September Card Kit

 Hello! I'm popping in to share one final card using the new September 2023 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Bee Happy! This month's kit is happy and fun, with a focus on bee and sunflower elements. The included stamp set by the same name has some fun images to stamp as well as some great sentiments, there is a 3D embossing folder, pretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, embellishments, and more!

Today's card just simply utilizes the layering stencil set in the kit, with a stamped sentiment over the top. Nothing fancy - and I used the same colors as on the last card I shared. They actually go pretty well together as a set! I trimmed the panel down, then mounted it with foam on a white cardbase, just to add some interest and dimension on there. But super easy! Sunshine and Brighter Days - Simon Says Stamp September Card Kit

  Hello! I'm popping in to share yet another card using the new September 2023 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Bee Happy! This month's kit is happy and fun, with a focus on bee and sunflower elements. The included stamp set by the same name has some fun images to stamp as well as some great sentiments, there is a 3D embossing folder, pretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, embellishments, and more!

For this card I'm sharing today, I'm mostly featuring the stamp set in the kit. I love this fun little layered floral image - perfect for a card focal point. I stamped it in slightly non-traditional colors, then trimmed into a rectangle, and mounted with foam over a slightly larger panel of vellum to help frame it out a bit. I scored a couple of lines on each side of the front of my white cardbase to add some interest, and adhered the florals centered, stamping the sentiment underneath. Finished off with a few jewels in the centers of the flowers for touch of sparkle! Here are some more photos of this card:
