Good morning! I'm popping in to share one last post for the month! This time I'm sharing an entire set of cards I created recently using some stamps from Simon Says Stamp - sometimes I can't pick what color or sentiment to use - so creating a set is the perfect compromise, since you can do them all!
I used the Pretty Peonies background stamp set directly onto my cardbases, and stamped in different colors of SSS Pawsitively saturated inks on each one. I then stamped my sentiments over the top in black ink from Hi There Greetings stamp set. I love all the little secondary sentiments under the big "hi"! I trimmed strips of white cardstock in 3 different widths, and adhered those at the top of each card for some interest, and then embellished around each sentiment with some coordinating Pinkfresh Glitter Drops for a bit of sparkle! So these are *nearly* one layer even. Here are some more photos, including a close up of each color and sentiment combo:
