Lil' Inker's October Release - Day 1

(SOOO sorry this post is late! I was a day behind it appears - and just noticed in time to get this written up now!)

Hello! It's time for a new release at Lil' Inker Designs! This is such a SUPER fun Christmas/winter theme release - so excited to finally be sharing all these projects with you!!!

Tonight I'm sharing a simple set of tags I made with those lovely word dies that are releasing tonight:

Here is a peek at those word tag dies, as well as the tag die set I used for these:

I couldn't just use one word, so I die cut them all out of silver cardstock, and then used some Lawn Fawn pattern paper for the larger layer of the tag, and some vellum for the smaller layer.

Hard to see in the photos, but I attached the silver glitter ribbon to the top of the tag with a tiny staple using my Tim Holtz tiny attacher.

I tied some jute twine around the top of each word tag, then attached them with foam adhesive so they stayed in place on the tags.

And now the fun part! There is, of course, a chance to win some shopping money to spend on the new goodies! YAY! Laura is giving away 3 gift certificates for random comments left along the hop - so the more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!

Here is the entire Blog Hop line-up - make sure and check out each stop and leave your comments:
