Simplicity is sophistication

Good morning! Stopping by to share a card with one of the new Phyllis Harris stamps that released last week from Unity Stamp Company - I always love these beautiful images, and look forward to playing with them! I also have a Quick Tip video below, showing a fun way to add a bit of texture to an image on vellum using an embossing tool.

So hard to make it show in the pictures, but totally fun in real life! You can also see it well at the end of the video. So simple, and an easy card to mail - just attached the vellum with a line of machine stitching over my pattern paper, and attached that to my card base.

  1. I think your card says it all Heather! I am loving how you are showing how you don't have to color these with a bazillion copics for hours on end and yet they are still so stunning!
