Here is the video showing how using both my Original and Mini Misti helped me quickly put this set together - as well as be able to layer the embossing for a seamless card front:

I love that I was able to use both backgrounds. No waste, and two cards for the same effort - perfection!
This technique worked very well with distress oxide inks. I would imagine pigment inks would also work well - not sure about dye inks as I haven't attempted that yet!
The fun color combos with this are endless as well!

ReplyDeleteI love both cards. Great Ideas! Never thought to do clear and black embossing at the same time. Can't wait to try that and the double background is genius! But I'm a little reluctant to use the stamping tool and the red rubber stamp in my Misti. Isn't this sandwich too thick for the Misti? Over time, won't it damage the hinges?
