A Mother's Hug - Reverse Confetti Stock Your Stash Challenge

Good morning! Stopping by with a card this morning for this month's Reverse Confetti Stock Your Stash Challenge - the fun monthly challenge at Reverse Confetti!

This month's theme is Moms, Dads, & Grads:

I decided to create a Mother's Day card with lots of pink and glitter! I started off by die cutting the large panel from Scalloped Bag & Tags Creator, and using it as a banner for my cardfront. Once I die cut it, I also used Diagonal Stitched Cover panel to add some texture to it.

Next, I colored up the fun basket of flowers from Hatbox florals with Copic Markers, die cut with the Coordinating Confetti Cuts, and then added sparkly Nuvo Glitter drops to the bow and the flowers. This makes this image so dimensional and sparkly! I heat embossed a sentiment from the kit in gold on a strip of vellum, and wrapped it around the front panel, adhering in the back. Once the florals dried, I adhered them with foam adhesive, and wrapped some jute twine around and tied in a bow.

Finished off with a sprinkle of enamel dots, then mounted that panel with foam adhesive over a bit of vellum to soften the Piggy Bank cardbase. Isn't it so sparkly and pretty?!?!?

Here are the Reverse Confetti products I used on this card - click on the picture if you want to learn more about any of these items!
