Stenciled Horizons - Simon Says Stamp Dream Big Release

Hello! I'm super excited to be sharing my first couple of cards using the BRAND NEW Simon Says Stamp Dream Big Release that just went live! I'm using a couple of favorite items from the new release to share with you - and of course, I couldn't create just ONE card...when I could do TWO, right?

Before we take a closer look at my cards - you can click HERE to view the entire release (affiliate link used at no cost to you)!

So...onto my cards to share!

I fell in love with the adorable Horizon Lines stencil set. I can tell this one is going to be super fun - lots of options and ways to use this stencil set. It basically has slits in the stencil, so that you can slip your cardstock through, and choose which line you want to stencil.

I love that you can do either the positive, or the negative of each one. Like this tree line - wouldn't it be fun to do the reverse, and leave the tree and hill white to depict a snowy skyline, then add the night sky? For this card I used one trio of green inks - Spring, Dublin, and Lucky - to get a perfect gradient.

I added a sentiment with the new XL Student Greetings stamp set. Now, obviously, from the name, you can tell that this is more of a back-to-school stamp set. But I love that this sentiment is generic enough to work for a new job, a move, heading off to college, or any new adventure!

I trimmed the panel down, mounted with foam on a white cardbase, and finished off with a few coordinating Pinkfresh Studio jewels for a touch of sparkle!

Next up, same stencil and sentiment stamp set, totally different look!

For this one I used the two cloud elements of the stencil, and also turned the stencil over and used the reverse side, to get a total of 4 different options for my cloud stencil lines.

I started at the top and worked down using Twilight, Heather, Sweets, Cheeky, Peachy, Melon, Celery, and Tidepool. I love this color palette - so dreamy! I added my sentiment over the top in black as well.

I added a scallop frame from Pinkfresh Studio, and a few sparkly coordinating Pinkfresh jewels to finish this one off!

Product links are all below - including affiliate links where possible, which simply means if you use one of the links below that I receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!!!
