Today I'm continuing adding to my birthday card stash, this time mixing up more pattern paper with a couple of stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp - I love plaid paper, and these images with a vintage flair are so perfect to pair with it!
For these cards I started off with a couple different pattern papers from the Pinkfresh Making the Best of It 6x6 paper pad. I used the softer pattern paper to do my stamping on. I first die cut it with a Stitched Rectangle die, then used Vintage Garden for the florals and the butterfly, adding the sentiment from Best Year Yet. To help it pop off the background a bit, I added a thin mat of white cardstock behind it. Finished off with a few Glacier jewels tucked around and in the center of a couple of the flowers!
