Good morning! Today I've got a fun and playful card to share with some stamps, layering stencils, and dies from Simon Says Stamp!
This colorful and cheerful card just makes me happy! I used the Thanks Always set, which includes layering stencils. I stamped in soft gray ink (Flannel) and left the stamp lined up in my MISTI, then added color with the layering stencils in Sprout, Tidepool, Cadette, Rhubarb, Zest, Flannel, Cookie, and Gingerbread. Once that was done, I restamped over the top with Nocturne ink for a crisp, black outline, then die cut with the coordinating die. For the background, I blended some of the Sprout and Tidepool ink on the top and bottom of my white cardbase, then die cut the Double Plaid coverplate from white cardstock to layer over the top. Added the image with foam adhesive, secondary sentiment on more foam adhesive, and finished off with a few sparkly Simple Stories enamel glitter dots! Here are more photos of the finished card:
