Happy Girls are the Prettiest - a little catching up

So I ended up getting a bit behind on the MFT Getting Sketchy Challenges - but really liked this sketch, and didn't want to miss it! I kind of took some liberty with the sketch - but I like how it turned out!
Here is the sketch:

This actually came together pretty quickly. I layered some washi tape from Martha Stewart on my pattern paper, trimmed it to the right size for a card background and rounded the top two corners.
Added the sentiment along the bottom - LOVE that sentiment!
Added one of the Pure Innocence girls right above the washi tape, covering where I didn't want stamped with a piece of plain cardstock to protect it.
Finished off with a couple of stick on pearls. Simple and sweet!

  1. Audrey said it..but who made the sentiment stamp?
    Great card

  2. Heather ~ OMG ~ this is ADORBS! LOVE the desing, the papers and how you just stamped that little CUTIE right on that chevron paper! Too CUTE!!!

  3. That little girl is sooooo adorable!!!

  4. Your card is adorable! Love the washi!

  5. Stunning card, Heather! I love that pretty washi tape. I thought it was paper before I read your description!
