Make a Wish

Good morning! Stopping by with a card I made recently for my little niece's first birthday!

I also made this for the current Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - We're Seeing Stars:

I used the darling Storybook Stamp set from Avery Elle, as well as the sweet star from Finished Frames ELLE-ments dies. The scallop frame is from Mama Elephant. I used some pattern paper from American Crafts, and a torn strip of vellum on the bottom - I thought it kind of looked like snow! Heat embossed my sentiment on the vellum, and added some jute twine to finish it off.
