Proud of You Stars - Pinkfresh Studio Facebook Live Card

Good morning! Dropping by today to share a card I made yesterday for Pinkfresh Studio's Facebook Live. I used a newly released layering stencil and a bright and bold color combo that was super fun for  me to play with - if not a bit scary! You can watch the replay HERE if you want to see more details.

I started off with the new Slimline Stars Builder stencil - and 3 different color families to blend away and create the background. I then die cut it down with a rectangle die.

I used the smallest Slim Stripes die to die cut white pieces of cardstock, then ink blended directly onto them with some of the shades of ink I used for the star background.

Next up, it was time to add some more stars! I die cut several of the Shaker Stars elements from mat silver mirror cardstock, and layered the large one one some more die cut white ones for a sturdier layer. I mounted that over those strips, and tucked a few more of the smaller ones around it, one popped up with foam adhesive.

Sentiment was stamped and die cut using Celebrating You - a fabulous combo that allowed me to stamp and die cut 7 different sentiments all at once! I mounted it over the largest star with a bit of liquid glue.

Finishing touch was a row of Metallic Silver Pearls on the strips to add a touch of sparkle! I put them in a slightly different arrangement than I usually do - but love them all lined up in a row like this!

Here is the info for this weekend's promotion at Pinkfresh Studio - 25% off some standalone stamp sets - there's a super fun assortment, including some of my favorite sentiment sets (My Favorite Things to Say 1 and 2) - and one of my favorite stamp sets (Through the Trees)!
