Good morning! Dropping by today to share a card I made day before yesterday for Pinkfresh Studio's Facebook Live. I pulled out the bold and bright colors for this fun floral set with one of the simplest layering stencils - perfect for playing with different colors of ink on your layers! You can watch the replay HERE if you want to see more details.
I started off with a bright and fun color combo of inks (all linked below), and the Happy Blooms Floral layering stencils - mixing multiple layers of color on the layers to get a bit of depth and interest to each layer. Such a fun look! After that, it was time to stamp the detail of the florals over the top with the coordinating Happy Blooms Floral stamp set, and die cut with the coordinating dies.
Since those florals were so bright and bold, we left lots of white space, but added some interest to it with a die cut Essentials: Diagonal Stripes with a Window die. Sentiment was added on a layered Fancy Label Frame, popped up with foam adhesive.
Finished off with a sprinkling of coordinating jewels, in some of the brighter colors that I sometimes don't use as much as I should - they just matched so beautifully with these florals that I couldn't resist. :)
As usual on the weekends - there is a weekend promotion at Pinkfresh Studio! This weekend features some of the gorgeous layering stamps - you can find them all HERE:
