Hello! It's time for the start of this years DIEcember at Simon Says Stamp - and you know it always kicks off with a GIGANTIC release, and this year is no exception! So many fun new things to check out with this release - you can check it all out HERE!
I'm kicking off with a bright and happy floral card that I created with a gorgeous new die from the release! And check back tomorrow as I join the first day of the two day blog hop to celebrate this new release!
I originally die cut the Etched Evening Blossom, and planned to use that on my card - you can see the lovely detail on the bottom left corner of my photo. But then I fell in love with the negative space on the die, and just HAD to use that one!
I layered some thin strips of colored cardstock to fit behind the negative space, then mounted that panel with foam adhesive to add to the dimension.
I thought this pre-printed sentiment from Reverse Sunshine and Rainbows was a perfect fit - also mounted with foam adhesive.
Final touch? Some sparkly clear sequins of course! Gotta have that bling to finish off!
