Hello! Today I've got a trio of cards to share using some of the NEW Season of Wonder Release from Simon Says Stamp. I fell in love with this sweet little village die, and had fun creating some colorful but simple notecards with a bit of a fall feel to them! While the name of the die says winter, it works great for other seasons too, and I love that!
For these cards, I first die cut the village houses from the new Winter Village die set once each from 3 different colors of cardstock. I then cut several of both sizes of the trees, and a few of the fences in white. I die cut a thin black frame using Thin Frames Wafer die, and adhered that with tiny bits of liquid glue to my white cardbase. I then arranged a slightly different scene on each of the cards, adhering those down with liquid glue as well. I added sentiments underneath each scene, stamped from the new Fresh Air Fall Flowers stamp set, then finished with some Pinkfresh Champagne glitter drops for a touch of sparkle! I love how these feel like they actually have lots of dimension, but are very flat and easy to mail. You could easily substitute the glitter drops for sequins for an even more post office friendly card! Here are some more photos of these cards, including close ups:
