Good Monday morning! If you are interested in entering my World Card Making Day giveaway, you can click HERE to read my first post - there are a total of 6 different posts you can leave comments on for a chance to win.
In the meantime - since it is Monday, it's time for a new challenge over at My Craft Spot - and this week it is all about packaging for a gift of food! Here is what I made:
I pulled out a jar of homemade apple butter and decided to decorate that up. I started off with a muffin cup liner to cover the top of the jar - I love to get cute muffin cup liners, and this gingham one was just perfect for this! I wrapped some crinkle ribbon and baker's twine (available HERE and HERE at My Craft Spot) around to secure the top in place.
Next, I cut that cute apple out using my Cricut and Preserves cartridge, inked the edges with some Tim Holtz distress ink, then added a cute Peachy Keen face, using some of the newly released face stamps - there are so many super cute ones! (You can find them on Peachy Keen HERE)
Finally, I cut a tag and added a sentiment using My Craft Spot Tiny Tag Dies and matching Stamp Set (found HERE at My Craft Spot) Isn't that the perfect sentiment? I also added a button from October Afternoon to finish it off.
Well thanks for stopping by today! Hope you'll head on over to My Craft Spot to link up your creations for sharing the gift of food! Looking forward to seeing what you make!!
