Good morning! I'm on the Unity blog this morning with a card using the newly released Sending Up Something Beautiful - you might have seen floating around on Facebook or in some Unity emails - I did something a little different on this, and combined a Copic colorless blender with watercolors. I played a little with different colors, but found I liked the effect of the colorless blender the best - but feel free to experiment and see what you like best! It just seemed to soak in the watercolor a little deeper creating a bit of a shadow effect.
NOTE: be careful with your Copics depending on what ink you use. There are a few inks that are Copic and watercolor compatible, but my favorite watercolor ink - Versamark - is not, so I was careful not to touch the ink since I didn't want it to bleed and get on my brush tip and ruin it.

Here is the video and you can see what how it works:
My biggest frustration on this card is that I didn't wait for the green to dry before coloring the hearts - so the red bled out of the lines. Grrr...maybe I'm the only one who noticed, and I thought about redoing it, but finally decided to just leave it imperfect - and be okay with it!
Here are links to the products I used on this including affiliate links where possible. Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!!!

Your card is wonderful! I've added your video to my watch list as I'm off to work now, but can't wait to see it!
