Trio of Watercolor Summer Cards - Simon Says Stamp July Card Kit

Good morning! I'm back to share three final cards that I made with the new Simon Says Stamp Card Kit for July - Cool Summer! This kit has such a FUN and JUICY summer vibe to it - LOVE it so much! My card for today focuses on the fabulous LARGE stamp set - One Cool Pineapple - included in the kit. I'm loving the large stamp sets that are starting to appear more and more in these kits - makes them such an AMAZING value!

For this set of cards, I stamped various images and sentiments on watercolor paper, and colored the fun images in with my Daniel Smith watercolors. Seriously - I don't think there is ANYTHING more relaxing than watercoloring - do you?

I then die cut them down with my Stitched Rectangles dies, and added some stickers from the included Sticker Book in the Kit - I particularly used some of the gold foiled sentiment stickers that paired well with my stamped sentiments. I matted these just slightly with white cardstock - just a simple layer that seems to help them pop - and added a tiny paper clip to the top corner with some jute twine tied on. Finally, I mounted them with foam over some of the various pattern papers in the kit from Carta Bella's Summer Splash 6x6 paper pad.
