Good morning! I'm back again today to share another card using the BRAND NEW release from Simon Says Stamp called Friendly Frolic - more Scandinavian inspiration!
This time, I used my MISTI with the fun Folk Dance Background Stamp, and inked it up with a few different distress inks. I misted with water, then stamped on watercolor paper.
Next, I die cut the fun new Big Happy Wafer Die - the outline in black cardstock, and the front in white, and blended a couple of the same colors of distress ink on the top and bottom of the white one before layering them together. I then die cut the smaller happy from white fun foam, and used that to adhere the happy word to my card for lots of fun and sturdy dimension!
Finished off with a sentiment from Big Thanks Words Stamp set, heat embossed on thin strips of black cardstock, and mounted that entire front panel on foam to a Cream cardbase.
