Reverse Confetti September Release Day 2 - Leaves and Flowers

Good morning! Welcome back for Day 2 of sneak peeks for the fabulous new September Release at Reverse Confetti! Woohoo! We have one more day of sneak peeks, then the release is live on the 8th and there will be a blog hop to celebrate!

I have two cards to share with you today - and this first one may possibly be my favorite fall card EVER! I had SOOO much fun playing with some of the new goodies for this one!

I started off by stamping every. single. leaf. from the new Fall Foliage stamp set, then watercoloring very randomly with my Daniel Smith watercolors. Once those dried, I die cut them all out with the coordinating Fall Foliage Confetti Cuts.

I die cut the new Triangles Cover Panel from white cardstock, then layered over some lovely pattern paper from the new 6x6 Abundant Autumn Paper Pad. I heat embossed a sentiment from Cotton & Thistles - another new set - then arranged the leaves in a cluster, attached them with foam adhesive, and added my sentiment over the top!

Next up, a light and airy floral card using that other set I mentioned above - Cotton & Thistles:

For this one, I started off with a panel that I blended some Distress Oxide ink on, then die cut with the new Criss Cross Cover Panel. Instead of popping out each of the die cuts, I adhered it on my white cardbase, making sure adhesive hit each of the "x's" from the back so none popped out later on.

I stamped in Stormy Dye Ink (a great deep gray color that is softer than black and fun for coloring) and colored my images with Copics. I lined up and stamped the stems for the flowers over the colored jar, then colored them in to match, and tucked my other flowers behind to give the illusion of the flowers actually tucked in the jar.

Finished off with a strip of that same pattern paper on the bottom, my simple stamped sentiment, a few sparkly clear sequins, and then a bit of Glossy Accents and glitter added to the flowers for a tiny bit of extra sparkle! Can you see the sparkle in this last photo?

Here is a peek at the new products I used that will be releasing in a few days!
