Pinkfresh November Challenge - Thankful

Pinkfresh Studios is kicking off a BRAND NEW November Challenge: Thankful - paired of course with the option a fun color combo! I hope you'll come play along for a chance to win some amazing prizes - you can enter cards OR scrapbook layouts!!!

I took the color combo and created a fun ink blended background in bold bright colors using the color combo as inspiration - and also used the thankful theme for my sentiment!

I used a color combo of some of the beautiful new Pinkfresh Dye Inks - Ocean Breeze, Storm, Candy Violet, and Peach Fuzz. I absolutely love how these color blend together! Once I finished my background, I stamped the lovely Flower Garden stamp set over the top - a perfect card size background image! I then added some gold splatters with my Starry Colors Palette.

I finished off by head embossing a sentiment from the same stamp set on a piece of white cardstock, then die cutting with one of the shapes from Essentials: Basic Label Frames die set. I punched a tiny hole in the top of it, threaded through a bundle of gold thread, tied it in a knot, and trimmed the ends down a bit. I adhered that tag over the background with foam adhesive to finish my bold and sparkly card!
