Hello - and HAPPY STAMPtember - a month long party by Simon Says Stamp to celebrate all things stamping.
Today we are getting to see the next in the progression of the special SUPER SECRET collaboration stamp sets that will be happening throughout the month! Today we have...Sugarpea Designs!
This set was absolutely DARLING - and I couldn't resist creating this sweet little scene with it!
I started off by stamping and adding super simple coloring to my 3 images. I then fussy cut them out (I don't have the coordinating dies, but they are available if you are looking for them!). Then I set out to create a background scene for them. I started off by using a Simon Says Stamp stencil for the cloudy sky, using Speckled Egg Distress Ink - love the super soft neutral color for the sky!
Next, I partially die cut a Stitched Oval from the edge of some Neenah cardstock, then used it to create my hill for them all to stand on. Added them in varying levels of foam adhesive for dimension, then added a few sentiments, heat embossed in white on black cardstock. Finished off with a few clear droplets from Pretty Pink Posh to finish it off!
