I'm sharing a few cards using some of the fun new dies and stamps both the Hugs and Kisses new releases - and also featuring the fabulous new Champagne Matte cardstock - it is SUCH a pretty color, and die cuts so beautifully! I love it!
All of my cards feature some of the newest Pinkfresh Studio 6x6 paper pads as well - I just love the color palette on these. And you know how much I love my pattern paper! Not only do I love the colors and patterns, Pinkfresh has some of the best quality paper out there as well!
This first card uses the new Love You Very Much die - I die cut the main layer from the Champagne cardstock once, then two more times from white cardstock to layer together. I then added the shadow layer cut from vellum.
I used that fabulous striped pattern paper as the base for my card, and to add a bit of interest, I stamped the "love you" sentiment from You're My Gal stamp set a few times in black ink. This adds some fun movement and interest to the background that I just love!
I popped that panel up on a white cardbase to add a bit of dimension, and then sprinkled on some perfectly coordinating Champagne Glitter Drops from Pinkfresh Studio - they go wonderfully with the Champagne cardstock!
Next up - I used the fun Wild About You die set.
For this card, I die cut a window using the middle sized Wonky Hearts dies - and saved that for the next card (more on that in a few minutes). I do love when I can use both positive and negative cuts with no waste! I backed the window with some more of that pattern paper, and popped the heart panel up with foam adhesive for dimension.
I die cut and stacked the sentiment die on this one the same as the last one, then glued it in place inside the heart, making sure to leave a few spots coming over the outside edge of the heart. LOVE how this adds just a touch of dimension to the design!
Finished off with a secondary sentiment, again using You're My Gal. I stamped it in black, trimmed into a thin strip with a banner edge on one side, then adhered it in place. Finished off with more of those fun Champagne Glitter Drops - can you see how PERFECTLY they match?!?
And finally - as promised - the card using the die cut from that previous card!
For this one, I stamped a sentiment directly on the heart, combining the Love You Greetings, and You're My Gal stamp sets.
See that little heart as well? That is from the inside of the "o" in the Wild About You die on the last card. Another way to not waste anything! I popped it up on a touch of foam adhesive for dimension, then added the entire heart on my background paper with foam adhesive.
I trimmed the pattern paper on this one down to leave a border, and then since I already had two layers of foam on the hearts, I adhered it directly onto my cardbase. Then added a few more of - you guessed it! - those Champagne Glitter Drops! So fun and sparkly, and I love how they pull all these designs together!
