Good morning! It's time for the yearly STAMPtember Party with Simon Says Stamp with almost 90 crafters participating in a huge celebrations. Stamptember is a month to celebrate all things stamping! I'm kicking off my first share of this release with this trio of cards featuring the fun new Wonky Trapezoid cling background stamp set, to create some clean and simple card designs!
I started off by stamping the background and heat embossing in white. Then I masked off different sections to ink blend for an emboss resist look. One I did in warm tones of Watermelon, Pucker, and Citrine. The second one I did in cool tones of Fairway, Ocean, and Cadette. And the final one I did citrus colors - Sunbeam, Sherbet, and Dublin. I layered sentiments over that created by hot foiling the main sentiments from Elegantly Modern Greetings hot foil plates, cut out with the coordinating dies. I popped those up on foam, then added supporting secondary sentiments with the Elegantly Modern Greetings stamp set, stamped in black, trimmed into thin strips, and mounted with foam as well. I finished off by adding a few coordinating Ombre Glitter Drops from Pinkfresh Studio in Pixie Dust, Enchanted Forest, and Sparkle and Shine!
