Good morning! I've been dreaming of far off places again - and I particularly love fun little cafes in Europe. Who else loves to hop on a plane and go explore the world? Well, I'm visiting friends in Wyoming right now, which is hardly a warm and sunny destination, but a beautiful location made even better from the amazing friends I get to share it with! I'll just imagine we are looking out the window and seeing this - maybe someday, right? I love this set from Simon Says Stamp - it was in a previous Card Kit, and I don't feel like I gave it enough attention, so thought I'd pull it out again and put it to use!
I used the Through the Window, set to create my little scene, heat embossing the window with Gold Pearl embossing powder on white cardstock. Then I stamped the little street cafe scene in Nocturne ink and clear heat embossed for some crisp black shine. I die cut the window, and popped it up with foam strips over the scene. The sentiment is from Inside Greetings Birthday, and just made me giggle, so had to use it! I die cut that panel with one of the A2 Rectangles dies, then die cut one of the A2 Postage Rectangles dies from Lipstick cardstock. I mounted that entire thing on a Cream cardbase and embellished with lots of Dazzling Gold gems to finish off! Here is a closer look at the finished card:
