The Christmas Story Card Set - Limited Edition Simon Says Stamp Card Kit

Hello! There is a BRAND NEW Limited Edition Glory to the Newborn King Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp - and I'm dropping by to share a set of cards I created using this kit. It is JAM PACKED, and an incredible value, so you aren't going to want to miss it! I love that it focuses on the real reason we celebrate Christmas. I couldn't make just one card, so I made a full set!

For all of these cards, I started off by stamping some of the main scene images from Glory to the Newborn King in black ink, clear heat embossing, and die cutting with the separately available coordinating dies. I choose coordinating colors of the new Twilight Twinkle pattern papers in the kit for each scene, and paired them up with the amazing Luxe Glitter cardstock in the kit - this is an old favorite of mine, and I was so excited to see it in the kit! I stamped some additional elements around the scenes and heat embossed as well, then blended some coordinating backgrounds using Butter, Melon, Sky, and Punch inks. I trimmed those pattern papers down to adhere to the bottom of the cardbases, and then trimmed thin strips of different colors of the Luxe Glitter cardstock to pop up on foam over the edge. I added those stamped and die cut scenes with foam dots, and then rounded off one corner on each card for a touch of interest! Here are lots more photos of these fun cards:

Gourd Shaker Card - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! I'm absolutely love fall, and while I can feel that we are nearing the change over to winter, I'm still savoring all the fall feels! Earlier this week I felt like a little kid as I crunched through some leaves on the sidewalk, and yesterday I drove up a driveway covered with more crunchy leaves. The colors on the trees, the warm glow of the earlier fall evening sun, pulling out the cozy sweaters, it all just makes me so happy! I recently put together this card using some recently released items from Simon Says Stamp that capture a bit of my love for the season. And a little pink mixed with fall colors works surprisingly well, don't you think?

I used the Harvest Heirloom die set to create a shaker card - cutting the window with the main die from a panel of white cardstock, then cutting the leaves and stem from Sage and Dark Chocolate cardstock. I used Apricot cardstock for the background, and filled the shaker with the new Caramel Corn embellishment mix, and a few Lawn Fawn Iridescent Stars. I also die cut a frame with A2 Notched Rectangles and some Honey Gold cardstock, and added a sentiment from the Flourish Phrases set, with a tiny secondary sentiment from the Reverse Happy Everything EZ Strips sentiment strips. Finished off with a loopy bow of white twine! Here are more photos of this festive seasonal card:

Winter Wishes Reindeer - Tim Holtz Stamp and Coordinating die release

Good morning! I'm back with another project to share today using one of the the new Christmas stamp sets from Tim Holtz paired with the Simon Says Stamp coordinating dies that are available for PRE-ORDER. This card is so nice and simple - but I love the rustic Christmas color combo!

I started off by stamping in black and heat embossing the image from Festive Schematic twice, once on white cardstock, once on kraft cardstock, then die cut the deer out of the kraft one. The other one I die cut with the A2 Frames die, and kept just the center of that piece. I die cut the same A2 Frame from Lipstick cardstock, and carefully taped them together from the reverse side. I used a strip of Cream cardstock that I ran through the Dotted Diamond embossing folder, and tore the edges of, then popped the other things up with foam adhesive. Finished off with a sentiment, white heat embossed on black cardstock! Here's a closer look:

Cozy Mittens - Simon Says Stamp Sending Cheer Release

Good morning! I have another card to share today using the Simon Says Stamp Sending Cheer Release from earlier this month. Hard to believe I'm already gearing up and working hard on the NEXT release - time seems to fly this time of year! But these little mittens are SOOO cute, I had to make sure I had a chance to share them!

Need to link: Stitched Mittens, Fluted Forest Decor, Sweater Weather, Cardstock: Tiger Lily, Moss, Espresso, and Ivory, Dazzling Gold gems, A2 frames, Chunky Scalloped Ovals, Prima Yarn, inks: Cabbage, Apple, and Cookie

I started off by die cutting and assembling the adorable Stitched Mittens die from a few of the new cardstock colors - Tiger Lily, Moss, and Espresso. I added some Prima yarn in a coordinating color as a string to attach them together, and a few Dazzling Gold gems for sparkle. The background uses the new Fluted Forest Decor stencil, that released to coordinate with a previously released embossing folder. I used the debossed side of some Ivory cardstock, and simply flipped the stencils upside down so they would line up, and added blending on some of the elements using Cabbage, Apple, and Cookie ink. I added a frame cut with A2 Frames die from Honey Gold cardstock, and a white Chunky Scalloped Oval leftover from another project in the center. Sentiment is from Sweater Weather, heat embossed in white on black cardstock. Here is a closer look at the finished card:

Tiny House Winter Scene - Simon Says Stamp November 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first couple cards using the newest November 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Jolly Season! The stamp set in this month's kit is ADORABLE! There is also a fun 3D embossing folder included, a fun die set, some printed card panels, a small coordinating die - and so many other goodies! There are also a couple add on sets available in the store now!

For these cards, I created a trio of cards featuring some simple watercolor of the adorable little house in the Jolly Season set. It reminded me of cute little houses I've either seen in my travels, or in photos of far away places, like Norway, Scotland, the Faroe Islands. I chose colors that were inspired by either those or my imagination of what would be cute! I did some simple messy watercoloring on each one after stamping and clear heat embossing on watercolor paper. I trimmed some of the Snow Flurries card fronts down to use just a strip of 3 different colors to complement the house colors. The background is the Gentle Whirl embossing folder in the kit - so perfect for a snowy background like this! I added some white twine to the top of each strip of patterned paper, a sentiment that is white heat embossed on black cardstock, and a few Clear Dazzling gems for finishing sparkle! Here are more photos of the finished cards:

Desert Stenciled Birthday Scene

Good morning! Today I'm sharing a special card I made last week for my son-in-law's birthday! I used a set from Concord and 9th that I had picked up a while back from Simon Says Stamp (because I thought it was so cute!), and hadn't had a chance to use. It was perfect for a guy card - and sets like that are so valuable, don't you think?

I stenciled the fun Desertscape set set on white cardstock using Simon Says Stamp inks in Nutmeg, Paprika, Allspice, Cookie, and Tidepool. I die cut the sun, cactus, and little plants from colored cardstock, and then ink blended with Honey and Artichoke inks before adding to the scene. I cut the arch from some deep blue cardstock, and popped it up on foam adhesive to frame the scene. Finished off with a sentiment at the top, and a few coordinating enamel dots! Here are more photos of the finished card:

Dashing Through the Snow Easel Card - Tim Holtz Stamp and Coordinating die release

Hello! I've got another project to share today using the new Christmas stamp sets from Tim Holtz paired with the Simon Says Stamp coordinating dies that are available for PRE-ORDER. This is one of my favorite cards I created with this release! I used to make Easel cards fairly frequently, and since it had been a long time, this set just seemed PERFECT for that particular card style!

I started off by stamping and heat embossing that adorable truck on watercolor paper, then smooshing distress inks on my glass mat to use to watercolor the image. I used Candied Apple, Fired Brick, Tumbled Glass, and Black Soot for the image, then die cut with the coordinating die. I stamped and heat embossed the tree from the Wondernment set on Green Apple cardstock with white pigment ink and Wow Sparkling Snow embossing powder, die cut that, then blended over the top with some Peeled Paint distress ink for some shading. I used a score board to add an extra fold to my cardbase, then folded on that line and ink blended with some Mermaid Lagoon ink to create a background. I added some White Splatter for snow as well. I adhered the truck with sturdy adhesive tape only below the line, so it would fold up and sit free. I layered over lots of pieces of vellum with a torn edge to add a snowy effect, and added a sentiment on the front, and tied a sheer ribbon bow around the front of the card. To create the easel for the inside, I tore a couple strips of white glitter cardstock, then added a secondary sentiment from Tiny Text Christmas, trimming one side off of one of the banner dies to create a one sided banner. Here are more photos showing it standing up and folded up to fit in a card:
