Bright Happy Birthday - Sparkle and Shine Challenge

Good morning! It's time for a new challenge over at the Sparkle and Shine Challenge Blog - this week we have a sketch challenge sponsored by Winnie and Walter! I made a bright and bold birthday card - totally not in my usual range of design and color, but it just sort of happened! I'm surprised myself - but I like it!

Here is the sketch we have to play with this time around - love how simple and adaptable it is!

I used some bright and happy American Crafts pattern paper, and layered up with some black cardstock that I cut with my Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 1 Die. Added some balloons and streamers (using the same ink and second generation stamping for a softer color) from Winnie and Walter's The Party. Added a sentiment from Sugar Rush heat embossed on a banner cut with Essentials: Katharine Cutaways. Finished off with a streamer cut with Goldie Trim Cutaways, a and sprinkling of sequins from the exclusive Pretty Pink Posh 1st Birthday Bash sequins (especially made for Winnie and Walter).

Our amazing sponsor this time around is Winnie & Walter. The winner will receive:

I hope you will join in and play along! Looking forward to seeing your creations! Have a wonderful day!!!
