Diagonal Bars Background Stamp - Pinkfresh Studio

Good morning! I'm stopping by with a few cards today featuring a fun Pinkfresh Studio background stamp called Diagonal Bars - that is actually free with a $50 purchase while supplies last for this week, starting today! I haven't pulled this set out in quite a while, and now I'm wondering why! I fell in love with it creating these cards!

When I pulled this stamp set out, I couldn't decide what color I wanted to use, so I stamped it out in 3 different colors. As it turned out, I used all leftover and prepared items to create cards with ALL of them! Thanks to having all the pieces on hand, these cards came together super quickly. I think it took longer to photograph and edit the photos than to actually create the cards!

For this first card, I stamped the background in Candy Violet ink, and then die cut with the smaller Stitched Rectangle die to use as a focal point on my card.

The large sentiment was prefoiled from Hugs and Good Vibes with Moondust hot foil - a beautiful iridescent aqua color that I love! I die cut it with the coordinating die to pop up over the front of the card.

I had a few of the Curvy Foliage die already cut from white cardstock, so I added those tucked under the sentiment for some texture, then finished off with a few Ocean Breeze jewels to accent the sentiment!

This second card uses the background I stamped with Ocean Breeze ink for a soft aqua effect!

I thought it would be fun to use this one on a mini slimline design. I trimmed it down to fit on my soft blue cardbase, and then added a double layer of the inner portion of Slim Stitched Scallop Rectangle to set it off.

If the florals on this look a bit familiar - there is a good reason for it! This uses the same colors I used for my YouTube live card last week (I wanted to test out the colors a bit before the live, and had a spare hot foiled piece, but didn't die cut it out or anything - so I was glad to be able to use it!). I will post that card from YouTube live very soon!

I added a sentiment from the new Modern Script Sentiments hot foil plate, popped up on foam adhesive, and the florals of course popped on foam adhesive as well.

I just love how this came out by mixing the reds and purples on the florals, and mixing blues and aquas on the greenery (you can watch the YouTube live HERE).

I finished off with a few Glacier jewels added to the centers of the flowers in various sizes! :)

And finally - I am hard pressed to choose a favorite, but this last card just might be my favorite!

For this card I used the background I stamped with Fresh Pear ink, and die cut with the largest Blanket Stitched Rectangle. I love that soft green color!

I used some leftover pieces from Nested Hexgon hot foil and die sets as a central place to add the rest of my card layers! The main hexagon also was die cut with Hexagon Tiles cover plate - I love how all these hexagons work together on this card!

Around this, I arranged several pieces of Lemons and Blueberries washi that I already had die cut and ready to use (I love having washi tape ready to go and handy - so perfect for quick cards!) I adhered it with a mix of liquid glue and foam adhesive for variation in dimension.

Sentiment is another one from the Modern Script Sentiments hot foil plate, popped up with foam adhesive again, and then I added a few Sunshine jewels to the flowers and base of the lemons on the washi pieces for a touch of sparkle!
