Hello! I'm stopping by today with another set of cards featuring some of the new Stamptember Release from Simon Says Stamp! This time I'm featuring a pretty new 3D embossing folder, paired up with some previously released sentiments. You may recognize the fonts on the sentiments - they are from the stamp set that coordinates with the hot foiled sentiments I used on THESE cards from a couple days ago!
For these cards, I used the new Plentiful Poppies embossing folder, paired up with some bold Concord and 9th cardstock colors. I used Cayenne, Sunflower, and Tidepool for these cards. I misted each panel with water on the front and back to help get a nice deep impression, then once I embossed them, set them aside to dry thoroughly. I stamped my sentiments from Elegantly Modern Greetings in black ink, die cut with the coordinating dies, and then stamped secondary sentiments, trimming them by hand in different banner shapes. I adhered the dried panels onto white cardbases, added the sentiments with foam adhesive, then finished off with a few Iridescent clear drops from Pinkfresh to finish off.
