Good morning! I've got a couple cards to share today using some of my favorite dies from Simon Says Stamp that released in the past couple months, paired with some fun pattern paper panels!
These cards started with a couple favorite panels from Simple Stories Simple Vintage Flannel Season 6x8 paper pack. I then built around them to create these cards. First off, I used one of the Eyelet Layer Frames dies to cut a frame, then trimmed the pattern paper designs slightly to fit inside those frames. To add some extra texture and interest, I grabbed some Lawn Fawn white hemp twine, and threaded it in and out of the eyelet holes all the way around, ending at the top and tying in a pretty bow. While I wouldn't say it was super quick, it really didn't take terribly long, and adds so much to these cards! I then grabbed Weaving Plate coverplate die and some Concord and 9th colored cardstock that coordinated well with my paper panels and created those fun textured backgrounds. Adhered them together with foam adhesive, then finished off with a few Butter Dazzling gems for a touch of sparkle! Here is a closer look at the fun details on these cards:
