Joy in the Ordinary - Paper Punch Border

Good evening! It's that fun time when the Unity Stamp Company Design Team has their monthly Hip Hop! I have a card using one of the newest Angie Girls, Brystl Girl - and a Quick Tip video showing how I used a paper border punch to create a fun embellishment for my card!

Here is the video - paper punches are a tool I often forget I have, so it was fun to put it to use again:

I did some simple coloring with Copics on the image - keeping the colors very neutral and simple.

And...this is a nice flat card that is easy to mail as well! YAY!

As always, there is a prize up for grabs - so make sure and leave a comment before you hop along!

Here are links to the products I used on this including affiliate links where possible - and below that the rest of the stops along the hop - make sure and visit them all! Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful evening!

  1. . It looks time-intensive with all the coloring, but definitely worth the effort. I guess coloring scares me because of the shading involved! The card is beautiful and I am in love with all the images. Nice job.

  8. Love this card! I have just discovered Angie Girl stamps...love! I, too, have quite a few punches that I fail to use. This has inspired me to use them. :)

  9. I love your cards, every one!!! This is gorgeous. I have quite a few of those punches myself. I need to pull them out! It was a Martha Stewart punch that started my stamping journey! I walked into a craft store, thought the punch was cool, bought it and the next thing I knew I was stamping! :)
