Reverse Confetti January Release Blog Hop

Good morning! It's time! The NEW January Release is live at Reverse Confetti - and the DT (and some very special guests!) are hopping with even more inspiration for you! I also created a video sharing a closer look at the entire new release - you can see it on the Reverse Confetti Blog or YouTube Channel HERE!

I have two cards to share today using the new Hello Lovely Confetti Cuts two different ways!

My first card I used it to create a fun shaker card - so simple and fun, you could do it easily in a rainbow of different colors!

I basically die cut it from Iced Aqua Cardstock, then created a shaker element filled with silver mini heart confetti - I also took the time to fit the separate pieces from the "e's" and "o's" back into place to make it nice and clean and clear. I heat embossed a sentiment from Heart Pals on a strip of midnight cardstock and mounted that with some silver thread tucked behind.

Don't you love that color combo with the silver sparkle in there?!?!?!?

Next up, I create this clean and simple - and nearly one layer card - using the positive elemtents from the die cut on the card above!

For this card, I started by planning where I was going to place the letters, then stamping that cute critter from Heart Pals in place. Next, I masked off that cute critter and added some black splatters on the bottom of a white cardbase.

Once the splatters dried, I adhered the letters in place - so cute and simple, but I love how effective the design is, even with the image left in black and white like this!

Here is a peek at the new products I used that released today!

  1. These clean designs are just fab. I often leave images uncolored on my cards, in my case because I'm not good at coloring. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
