Good morning! Dropping by today to share a card I made last week for Pinkfresh Studio's Facebook Live! I had fun playing with some older releases for this week - layering stamps, stenciling, and lots of die cutting! You can watch the replay HERE if you want to see more details.
I had lots of fun layering up elements for this card. It was actually the first time I used the Simple Plaid stencil, and it added a perfect touch of texture on the background.
The Curvy Vines were a perfect fit around the Fancy Oval Frame - such a classic and perfect die set. I did a bit of trimming on the top curvy vine to make everything fit just right - and there was a bit of a creative twist to the stamp layering as well!
I shared a fun trick in the video for using layered alpha dies like the ones I used on this card - Lea's Ornate Uppercase, and Heather's Lowercase - with a bit of coordinating ink blending on the centers. A sentiment from You Are My Favorite, heat embossed on a bit of vellum, and a few jewels finish this card off!
