Good morning! Today is an amazing blog hop to celebrate Pinkfresh Studio's Holiday Magic Collection Release! This is such a fun and happy Christmas collection - and while it perfect for scrapbooking and memory keeping, it is also super fun for creating cards! You aren't going to want to miss a stop along the way - TONS of inspiration and prizes up for grabs! YAY!
This collection makes it so quick and easy to create beautiful cards - I have two to share today (and two more tomorrow for the Instagram Hop - so make sure and watch for those as well!):
First up - I always love using the paper collections to make slimline cards - partly because I can use our Slimline Envelope dies and the 12x12 pattern papers to make a coordinating envelope!
After making the card, I created a 4x9 cardbase, and layered over a white die cut Slim Fancy Diagonal Stripes die. I used this to tuck a few of the berry clusters from the Ephemera pack into, attaching them with foam adhesive, except the bottom parts tucked in the stripes.
I added a large title from Title Ephemera pack, with an extra supporting sentiment underneath from the Ephemera pack. I also tucked that tiny bow from the Puffy Stickers pack on the bottom of the secondary sentiment.
That large sentiment was (of course!) popped up on foam adhesive, and a few coordinating Enamel Dots finish this card off! Don't you love the perfectly matching envelope?!?
Next up, a super clean and simple card design!
For this card, I die cut the larger star from Shaker Stars dies to create a window for that super fun pattern paper from the 6x6 paper pad...I was almost sad to use this one, because I love it so much! But I decided to use it BECAUSE I love it so much!
I die cut that panel with Diagonal Stitched Rectangle die, and then added foam adhesive between the star and that starburst paper, then mounted it on some more pattern paper from the 6x6 paper pad.
Finally, another sentiment from the Ephemera pack, a few more enamel dots, and a few puffy stars from the Puffy Stickers pack finish this one off!

ReplyDeleteDear Heather - I love the slimline. You've used the ephemera and sentiments of this release to excellent advantage. Love the diagonal stripes from the die, too. The star card is also cute. I bet these cards were easy to make with a lot of the work done ahead of time. I am very excited about this release. Check the records. I don't think I have ever bought from this line at PF before but I am really impressed. The colors in this set of products are especially good.
