Hello! I'm stopping by today to share my another card using the BRAND NEW Hello Gorgeous Release from Simon Says Stamp! This card uses a negative piece from THESE cards I shared before - instead of wasting the outer portion, it was perfect to turn into a simple frame on this card!
This card uses a beautiful new floral stamp set - and while I want to watercolor this image soon, I love how beautiful it is just stamped simply in black and white - no coloring needed!
The stamp set is called Mother's Day Tulips - and the image is huge, perfect for a slimline card design. It also worked to just use part of the image on this card. I stamped in in black on white cardstock, and trimmed it down to fit behind the frame which was die cut from some of the Pinkfresh Happy Heart 6x6 paper pad using Stitched Rectangles. Sentiment was stamped from the new Garden Boots stamp set, also in black ink.
I created a cardbase from Smoke cardstock, and adhered my stamped panel on it, then popped the frame up with foam adhesive over the top. A few Pinkfresh Glacier jewels add the perfect touch of sparkle to finish this card off!
