Foiled Birds on Branches - Pinkfresh Studio Instagram Release Hop

Hello! Today I am part of a fun Instagram hop to celebrate the new Pinkfresh Studio release! I have had so much fun creating with this release - yesterday was the blog hop, and I shared tons of cards for that! I have two cards I'm sharing today - one I created on last week's YouTube Live for Pinkfresh Studio as a sneak peek - you can watch that video HERE if you want to see more details! And then with some of the leftover pieces, I created another bonus card that you can see if you scroll down on this post. :)

For this first card, I hot foiled the gorgeous new Songbirds on Branches hot foil plate with Champagne hot foil. I also used the Solid Hot Foil plate to foil the reverse image, and ended up using some of those on this card as well!

Once I had the image hot foiled, I added color with the layering stencils, then die cut with the coordinating dies.

Background was created with the new Floral Grid Coverplate, layered over some coordinating yellow cardstock. For a center focal point, I added a die cut Blanket Stitched Oval, popped up with foam, and with the sentiment from Chrysanthemum Slimline stamp set stamped in Detail Black ink.

I layered all my bird images on the card front - and had tons of fun finding an arrangement I loved. I popped them up with foam adhesive, and then tucked some of the reverse foiled images in for added texture and shine. Finally, a few Peach Fuzz jewels finish this card off!

And then, since I couldn't fit both birds on my first card design, I had this lovely branch with the other bird, and couldn't let it go to waste either!

For this one, I used the gorgeous new Daisy Chain Coverplate die for the background, this time doing it white on white for a soft texture.

I added the smaller Blanket Stitched Oval, and then arranged the bird over the top with foam adhesive, placing it so it would appear to look at my sentiment. Super fun!

The sentiment was created with Lily Frame stamp set and coordinating die. I love that the two larger sentiments have coordinating dies - so fun! The secondary sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder on black cardstock, and trimmed into a thin strip.

Finally, I finished this off with a few Metallic Gold Pearls sprinkled around the card front. Clean and simple, but so much fun texture with all the white space - I love it!
