Hello Foxy Guy

Good morning! Popping in with a fun foxy card this morning for Unity Friends with Flair and a couple challenges:

Since Unity Stamp Company is sponsoring the Curtain Call Challenge, I thought it only fitting to use some of my Unity Stamps for my card! I love this adorable fox from the Unity April 2012 Kit of the Month - a bit of an older set, but lots of good stuff on there!

I stamped the fox, colored it with Copic Markers, added a bit of Wink of Stella, then fussy cut it out. The border stamp is from the same KOTM, the big "Hello" is from Winnie and Walter's The Big, the Bold, and the Happy, and the foxy guy part of the sentiment is from the Unity set, with a bit of masking to only get that part of the sentiment.

Once I added the border and sentiments, I adhered the fox with foam adhesive, then added a few enamel dots to finish it off!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!!!

MCS June Release - Day 5

Good morning again! Today is the 5th and final day of sneak peeks for the new release at My Craft Spot! There are prizes each day - and tons of beautiful sneaks by the design team - so make sure and stop by My Craft Spot and check it all out!

Today's set is super fun! It is called Build a Birthday Stamp Set - and it is perfect for just what it's name suggests! I pulled out some extra Project Life cards and made a quick and easy set of birthday cards:

I simply matted them in some cream cardstock after stamping my sentiments, added some coordinating background paper, and a bow with some Natural Jute String.

Here are close ups of each of them

I love how easy these were to put together - and what a fun set they make! Looks like it took a lot of work - but was so fun and easy!

Here is the prize that Kimberly is giving away today over at My Craft Spot:

I am also linking this up with the Photo Pocket Page Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.

Thanks so much for stopping by again! Have a wonderful day - make sure and stop by tomorrow for the new release hop! There will be a prize at each stop along the hop!!!

MCS June Release - Day 4

Good morning again! Today we are celebrating Day 4 of the new release at My Craft Spot! There are prizes each day - and tons of beautiful sneaks by the design team - so make sure and stop by My Craft Spot and check it all out!

I have sneaks of TWO dies on my card today! LOVE how much fun these dies are to layer! The first one is Word Quote Metal Dies, the other is Fancy Edges 2 Metal Dies - full of fun borders!

I pulled out some gorgeous Glitz Designs Finnley pattern paper and had lots of fun die cutting! All of my paper, except the plain white cardstock is from the same paper pad. I cut the base layer of the speech layer, then cut the hello portion out of two different colors of paper. I hand trimmed off the hello so that I could layer the 3 colors - super easy! Added some Wink of Stella over the top of the word too - it sparkles and shines so pretty in real life! Added some Natural Jute String and a few Berry Red Sequins to finish it off.

Here is the prize that Kimberly is giving away today over at My Craft Spot:

Thanks so much for stopping by again! Have a wonderful day - hope to see you tomorrow to share my final peeks before the release on Saturday!

Good morning again! Today we are celebrating Day 3 of the new release at My Craft Spot! There are prizes each day - and tons of beautiful sneaks by the design team - so make sure and stop by My Craft Spot and check it all out!

Today's peek is Music Stamp Set - LOVE LOVE LOVE this set! These would be amazing for a music teacher, or someone who just loves music!

I stamped the row of music and all those random musical notes on pattern paper, then added some Glossy Accents for just a touch of shine. Isn't that sentiment great? I used pattern paper from MME, some washi tape tucked between the two layers, and added some machine stitching as well. Finished off with a Black Jute String bow.

Here is the prize that Kimberly is giving away today over at My Craft Spot - pick any 5 colors you like:

Thanks so much for stopping by again! Have a wonderful day - hope to see you tomorrow to share my favorite card so far with the new release!

MCS June Release - Day 2

Good morning again! Today we are celebrating Day 2 of the new release at My Craft Spot! There are prizes each day - and tons of beautiful sneaks by the design team - so make sure and stop by My Craft Spot and check it all out!

Today we got to play with the new set called Robots Stamp set - SOOOO cute and fun for the little boys, geeks, and nerds in your life! I happen to know one or two of them! Here is the card I made:

This was actually quite simple to put together! I used some pattern paper from an older October Afternoon pattern paper pack called Rocket Age, and that cute little robot from some of the coordinating embellishments that I had in my stash. I cut a folded banner with Straight Ribbon Banner Metal Dies and stamped my sentiment on there with MFT ink. Added the other words and gears on my pattern paper, and adhered everything down.

Here is the prize that Kimberly is giving away today over at My Craft Spot:

Thanks so much for stopping by again! Have a wonderful day - and you know where I will be tomorrow with more sneak peeks!

Today we are sharing peeks of Clock Time Stamp Set - some fun clock images - and several gorgeous sentiments, like this one that I used on my card:

I simply heat embossed it on vellum, then layered it over some pattern paper from MME by tying it on the top with some Black Licorice Traditional Bakers Twine and some Yellow Jute Twine. Finished off with a sprinkling of Tuxedo and Lemon Meringue Sequins, then mounted on a card base that I made with some Simon Says Stamp Cardstock.

Then of course, kids are getting out of school, vacations begin, so lots of ways to qualify for this month's prize!

This month's theme is...you guessed it.....
Dads, Grills and Summer Fun!

So what prize is up for grabs? How about a 10 pack of Spools?!

This month we are giving away a 10 pack of Spools to one of our randomly chosen challenge participants!

There are only four (4) rules you must follow to be eligible for the prize:

  1. You MUST use ribbon, twine, thread, washi tape or anything that comes on a spool on your creation
  2. Your project must be based on the theme of the month.
  3. You must add a NEW project to the inlinkz below and link directly back to your project on your blog or online gallery. (Unfortunately, we've had participants who would have won the challenge, but they didn't do a direct link to their blog and I couldn't find their creation!)
  4. You may enter the challenge 3 times maximum to be qualified to win a prize.
Here is what I made for this month:

I used some new Lil' Inker's stamps and dies that I won in my Stamping Royalty prize pack to put this together. I pulled out some MME pattern paper, and added some washi tape from my stash. Card base is some new Simon Says cardstock that I had been wanting to try. Finished off with a twist of jute twine.
